🌊 UNDERWATER CITY TERRAIN COLLECTION 🌊

Your adventuring party has survived the shipwreck, fought off the sea monsters, somehow learned how to breathe underwater, and finally reached the mysterious city beneath the waves.

Naturally, their first question is:

“So… is there a tavern?”

Good news, adventurers. There is.

Welcome to the Underwater City Building Collection, a wonderfully strange assortment of aquatic fantasy terrain featuring shell-covered homes, coral architecture, questionable crustacean engineering, and all the essential businesses a thriving civilization beneath the sea could possibly need.

Choose your favorite building individually or grab the complete set of all six and build an entire underwater neighborhood for your tabletop.

Perfect for DnD campaigns, Pathfinder, fantasy RPGs, wargaming tables, dioramas, aquatic encounters, coastal settlements, lost civilizations, and any campaign in which the DM has decided that ordinary buildings simply aren’t weird enough.

🐚 Choose Your Building

  • Underwater Wayfarer’s Home – A cozy little stop for weary travelers of the deep. Mushroom-like roof, coral details, inviting doorway… suspiciously affordable rent considering the oceanfront location.
  • Kraken’s Skull Shop – Part shop, part sea-monster nightmare, and exactly the sort of establishment where an adventurer might purchase a mysterious artifact despite being specifically warned not to.
  • Shell House – Built around an enormous spiral shell, this wonderfully whimsical dwelling looks right at home in an aquatic village, merfolk settlement, or bustling underwater marketplace.
  • Underwater Bar – Every fantasy city needs somewhere for the party to make questionable decisions. This skeletal sea-creature tavern is ready for drinks, rumors, side quests, bar fights, and at least one bard insisting that underwater acoustics make them sound better.
  • Crab Claw Workshop – Apparently, somebody looked at an enormous mechanical crab claw and thought, “Yes. That should be the roof.” We’re glad they did. This wonderfully bizarre workshop makes a fantastic blacksmith, artificer’s shop, engineering station, or crustacean repair facility.
  • Coral Reef Library – A sprawling coral-covered archive filled with shelves, walkways, ruins, and enough atmosphere to make even searching for an ancient spellbook feel appropriately dramatic.
  • Complete Underwater City Building Set – Includes all six buildings for creating a full underwater settlement.

Bring the characters, scatter in some treasure, add a few suspicious tentacles, and you’ve got yourself an adventure.

🎲 Available Scales:

  • 28mm Scale – Great for traditional tabletop RPGs, wargames, and 28mm miniature collections.
  • 32mm Scale – Ideal for many modern fantasy RPG miniatures and slightly larger tabletop figures.
  • Custom scales are available by request. If you’re building for a different game system, diorama, display, or particularly ambitious underwater metropolis, just send us a message and we’ll be happy to discuss scaling options.

*****IMPORTANT SIZE NOTE*****

These are buildings and terrain pieces, so 28mm or 32mm refers to the intended miniature scale, not the actual height of the print. And some of these buildings are BIG. Depending on the piece you select, your terrain may be considerably larger than the miniature characters it is designed to accompany. That’s intentional. They’re buildings, after all. Your adventurers should be able to stand beside the tavern without looking like they could pick it up and put it in their backpack.

🎨 Choose Your Color

Each building is printed in PLA filament in the color selected when ordering. The models are supplied in their printed filament color and are perfect for using as-is or turning into a painting project of your own.

Additional filament colors may be available upon request. Reach out to us and let us know what you’re looking for.

🖨️ How They’re Made

  • Unlike the character miniatures from our Underwater City collection, these larger terrain pieces are FDM 3D printed in PLA.
  • Each model is printed using a 0.4mm nozzle, providing a nice balance between detail, durability, and reasonable production time for terrain pieces that can become surprisingly substantial at tabletop scale.

Your terrain will be:

• 3D printed in PLA filament
• Printed with a 0.4mm nozzle
• Supplied in your selected filament color
• Unpainted and unprimed
• Lightweight compared with solid resin terrain
• Ready for your tabletop, diorama, or painting bench

Because these are FDM 3D printed items, visible layer lines, seams, and minor printing artifacts may be present. These are normal characteristics of the FDM printing process rather than defects.

⚔️ Perfect For

• DnD and fantasy RPG campaigns
• Pathfinder and other TTRPGs
• Underwater and aquatic encounters
• Merfolk cities and coastal settlements
• Wargaming terrain
• Fantasy villages and marketplaces
• Dungeon Master terrain collections
• Dioramas and display scenes
• Miniature photography
• Painting and hobby projects
• Players who have finally accepted that the campaign is apparently taking place underwater now

🐠 Build the Whole Underwater City

  • These buildings were designed to accompany the Underwater City Character Collection, allowing you to turn the characters into residents of a complete playable environment.
  • Populate the bar with adventurers. Put the Grotto Merchant behind a counter. Send the Scuba Scavenger into the workshop. Hide the Jellyfish Oracle in the library guarding a forbidden tome.
  • Or just put a mimic inside the Shell House. We’re not your DM.

📦 Please Note

  • This listing is for a PHYSICAL 3D PRINTED PRODUCT.
  • You will receive the finished PLA terrain piece or pieces selected when ordering.
  • No STL files or other digital files are included.
  • Models are made to order, so slight variations inherent to the 3D printing process may occur.
  • Due to the size and complexity of some buildings, production time may vary between pieces.

🛠️ Designer and Commercial License:

  • These physical prints are produced and sold under a valid commercial merchant license from InfinitePrint3D.
  • Your purchase supports both our small 3D printing shop and the original artist responsible for creating this wonderfully weird little civilization beneath the waves.
